Now I know where babies come from!

I went and visited my best friend Danee (we have known eachother since we were 1) and she has a little 4 year old girl and she is like my niece and this is how our conversation went:

Girl: Melody, don't you want to have a baby now?

Me: Of course I want a baby

Girl: Well all you have to do is go to the doctor and tell him that you want a boy or a girl and he will give it to you. And babies come from God and he has special powers.

It was the cutest thing ever!

*If only it were that easy!!

I have been looking everywhere for this movie and Bear finally found one for me!! This is one my favorite movies of all time. Thanks hunny for finding this for me! Now it will playing over and over at our house since its been years since I have seen it.....I have to catch up :)

What Santa Brought

This year has gone by sooooo fast hasnt it! We had a good and fun Christmas this year. We first went to my family's get together on Christmas Eve with ALL my family to my grandparents house. We get to eat yummy food and play games. Then at midnight we do Christmas with my family (mom, dad, bro/sis). I love doing Christmas at midnight! We have done this tradition for 20+ years. We are for sure tired the next day but its all worth it!

Christmas day we go over to Bear's mom house. First we went to my parents house at around 10am becuase my brother Josh who is serving a mission was able to call! It was so fun to talk to him but I always seem to talk to him the shortest amount. Everyone talked to him for 20+ minutes and then there is me who only talked to him for maybe 5 minutes! What is wrong with me! Then we went to Bear's mom and that is where we talked to his brother who is also serving a mission! We played games and were able to see our neice and nephews! It is so cute to see them opening presents and get so excited!

This year Bear got me the Cristus statue and I just love it! I have been wanting this for a long time! What a good husband he is.

And Bear got the foose ball table he has been wanting! So this year was good to us and hope it was to everyone else!!

Procrastination

Every year I always say that Iam going to start my Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving but it never happens. Tomorrow happens to be Christmas Eve and I am still NOT done shopping! This year has been pretty crazy! We unfortunately don't even have a tree up this year. Yes that is right NO Christmas tree! Next will hopefully we be a little different but don't take my word!

So tomorrow I now have to deal with:

Crazy traffic! In what takes me 15 minutes to find a spot takes me about 30 minutes and then having to find a spot to park is a whole other story in its own.

And the crowds of People! People are very rude and I think I am claustrophobic when I am stuck with all those people! That's what I get right for waiting till the last minute! This should be fun!!

Its cold outside!

I was helping my neighbor with her yard sale and it was very cold so I bundled Toby up! Its pretty ridiculous but its soooooo cute isn't it! I think its time we have some kids!

Are you Serious!?!?

I LOVE Dancing with the Stars! Its one of my favorite tv shows. I have been watching every week for the past 10 weeks and fell in love with Mel B and Maks.

I was routing for them since the beginning and for sure thought that they were going to take it all. But unfortunaltely they didn't win. I was so sad. Although I was happy either way to who won! If that makes sense. They were both deserving of it! So yay for Helio!

PS-Does anyone else watch this show?

6 things that aren't commonly known about me...

1. I have always wanted to be a dancer! I love watching dance shows and wishing I could dance like that. If I have a girl she will be a dancer :]


2. I wasn't always this shy of a person. Back in 6th,7th,&8th grade I would run for Student Council, perform in talent shows, and enter into contests! You wouldn't catch me doing that now!

3. Iam such a worry-wort! If I don't know where someone is and I can't get a hold of them I start to think of the worst things possible that could happen and then I get really sick to my stomach.

4. Bear's friend have a nickname for me and its name-Nazi. I have a good memory with names. For example, One of bears friends was on the phone with a company and said his name once and needed the guys name about 2 months later and I still remembered it.

5. Iam an impulse shopper. Not always a good thing.

6. I love watching and reading the news. Lots people don't like to watch the news because its depressing and rarely is anything good reported; but I love knowing what is going on weather its good or bad. It gives me something to talk about and to give my opinion on how I feel about the subject.
