Girls Night!

So tonight I went out with a few girls from the ward and it was so much fun! We first went to the Relief Society broadcast and that was good to listen to! Although when I go to those and hear about important Visiting Teaching I just feel horrible because I am not very good at going! I need to get that in order now dont I!! And its not like I have inactive people to visit! I actually have people that I know and talk to! (sorry Tatum and Trisha) So other than feeling bad for not getting my act together with Visiting Teaching, it was really nice to get out for a few hours and hang out with the girls!

We get to talk about things our husbands roll thier eyes with....like watching our reality shows! You know they like it too but they just won't admit it in front of the other guy!( At home he sits next to me and asks questions about what is going on but when he is front of other guys "oh that show is so retareded!") Dont get me wrong...I love my husband very much and love spending time with him, its just nice for every once in a while to hang out with just girls!

So there has been nothing too exciting going on in our little lives. So I figured since Iam still "new" at the whole blogging thing that I would just give little random facts about us!

It pays to get sick at concerts!

So yesterday was the Rascal Flatts concert and I was looking forward to it all day! Although I wasn't looking forward to standing outside all night due to how HOT the weather is here in September!! Well Iam not used to standing in the heat for a long period so I bought a bottle of cold water ($4.00!!!) thinking it would help but unfortunately it did the worse! We walked all the way back to your spot on the lawn and was feeling fine. And then maybe 2 minutes I started feeling really sick and knew that I had to get out pretty fast! So me and Bear ran through all the thousands of people and when we got to end of the lawn that is where it happened.....

We stood on the side for about 20 minutes becuase I didn't want to walk all the way back to our spot and then have to run back! So then we started walking around thinking that maybe it would help to get some "fresh" air but that didn't really help either. After about an hour of standing and walking around we thought we would just leave so I could go home but then the best part happened! These two girls that worked there had 4 front row tickets and wanted to leave and asked if we wanted them! And of course I said yes! I could never afford front row and its impossible to get through on the radio to win them so it was a fast YES!! So it was me, Bear, my cousin, and her friend and we sat front row! We stood up at the stage for the first 10 mintues and it was soooo awesome! (My husband doesn't understand why I get so excited about seeing people in concert....I know they are normal people and all but they are famous people! He is just being a guy I guess.) Well anyways.....so after being in the front row for about 10 minutes I got sick again and had to leave! (times 3)

This was the 3rd time being at Cricket Pavillion in the middle of the HOT summer and have never gotten sick! And the one time I get front row tickets I get sick and can't even enjoy the concert! I was soooo bummed! So for the few minutes while I was at the front, it was so awesome and will never forget!

Bear said to get rid of the other pic of us but I love that one and he likes this one!
